Noble Madu is a Partner at Clubb Search Partners. He focuses on placing investment professionals, operating partners, and business development & investor relations professionals for investment management firms including: private equity, private credit, venture capital, and other alternative investment firms. Noble has also worked closely with family offices and endowments & foundations.

Prior to joining CSP, Noble was a Client Consultant at Korn Ferry, where he performed advisory for private equity clients. He founded Plente Executive Search Group, where he built and led the firm’s Private Equity and Technology practices. Earlier in his career, Noble served as an Associate at Goldman Sachs and Director at Bay Mountain Capital.

Noble graduated from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing and completed a leadership apprenticeship program in Dallas. He is a founding board member of the Dallas Millennial Gala, a founding steering member of Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy at the Communities Foundation of Texas.
