Rendel Solomon is an Advisor at Clubb Search Partners. He focuses primarily on business development and client relationship management.  Rendel has worked with general partners in private equity, private credit, growth equity, and venture capital.  He also worked closely with public pension funds, foundations, endowments, and other institutional investors.

Prior to joining CSP, Rendel was a Managing Director at a private equity fund-of-funds that invested exclusively with small and emerging fund managers.  His responsibilities included fundraising, client service, and fund manager due diligence.  When Rendel departed, the firm had grown its assets under management from approximately $300 million to over $1.2 billion.  Prior to his career in private equity, Rendel worked as an entrepreneur in the media and entertainment industry in New York and as a project engineer at P&G in Cincinnati.

Rendel obtained his BS in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University in 2000 and his MBA from Columbia Business School in 2005.  He currently serves on the Board of The Neighborhood Bridge in Chicago.
