Shayla Brown, based in Fremont, Ohio, serves as the Engagement Coordinator for Clubb Search Partners, as well as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. In her role, she ensures seamless and efficient communication between clients, candidates, and internal partners, fostering strong relationships and streamlined operations.

Prior to joining CSP, Shayla was the Assistant General Manager at Plum Brook Country Club in Sandusky, Ohio, where she specialized in marketing, employee development, business development, and profit & loss management. Her leadership and strategic approach contributed to the club’s growth and operational excellence.

Shayla previously worked at True Search, where she served as an Engagement Coordinator within the People, Talent & Legal practice.
